Rental License Application

To apply for a new rental license, complete the following steps:

Download the Rental License Application (PDF file) form, complete and sign it. 
Obtain a scaled floor plan (minimum size of 8" x 11") and a scaled site plan that depicts the location of the parking stalls on the property, distance to the property line and size of the parking stalls (minimum size of 8" x 11"). 

Send all of the above documents with payment of $33/per unit to:
