The city of Mankato's online services continue to grow. The city's eGov bill pay options now include a shopping cart feature that allows residents to pay more than one city bill at a time. The only exception is utility billing, which needs to be processed using a separate transaction because doing so is cost efficient. Online options:
Pay utility bills
Pay parking citations
Pay a city invoice
File a police report
Apply for a job
Find a bus route
Receive city news alerts
Follow the city on Facebook

A major benefit of 311 is that it serves non-emergency calls once directed to 911. Currently, 311 is available to Charter, HickoryTech, Verizon and Sprint customers. City staff are looking to expand 311 with other carrier providers.
