Owners are responsible for all impound charges at time of release.

All dogs residing inside Mankato city limits are required to have proof of Rabies vaccination and have a city dog license. Dogs current with vaccinations (proof must be provided) but do not have a license will be issued one at release. Arrangements can be made at release if proof of vaccinations cannot be provided.
