Registration with the city of Mankato is required before performing work (construction, installation, repair, removal, relocation) within any city of right-of-way. Submit a completed application form plus fees for excavating in a city right-of-way to engineering department at the city of Mankato, Intergovernmental Center, 10 Civic Center Plaza. Registration is required annually.
